Power Bowls for Healthy Mornings!

My family loves the flavoured yogurt as a part of the breakfast staple but i always worried about the extra sugar, so kept looking for options that would be healthy yet not compromise with great taste. I finally discovered a sugar-free flavoured greek yogurt from Epigamia that tastes yum and is oh so healthy.

On days when i have a bit of time, i quickly whip up a bowl of goodness with seasonal fruits. Here is my go-to recipe for power morning. All you need are 4 ingredients for this Fresh Strawberry Flavoured Yogurt with the crunch of Muesli:-

Ingredients

– I cup of chilled Strawberry or any Berry flavoured greek yogurt. I love Epigamia’s sugar-free range

– 1 Cup of chopped fresh Strawberries / Blueberries (use seasonal fruits)

– 3-4 each of Almonds (soaked overnight & thinly sliced) & raisins

– 1/2 cup Muesli or Home-made Granola

Process

1. Gently whisk the yogurt in a bowl

2. Add the chopped strawberries / blue-berries and mix well. Save some fruit for garnishing

3. Top with the Muesli / Granola and the dry-fruits

4. Garnish with the remaining Berries and serve fresh
